We provide warranty service for certified products purchased from the official Hygger Store website. Services include:

  • 1 year limited free warranty repair.
  • 3 months free replacement.
  • 1 month free return.

After your return request is confirmed, please return your item to the designated delivery address.

 

If there are no special circumstances, after receiving the return, we will complete the verification and acceptance within 2 to 5 working days.

 

After we receive the goods and complete the acceptance, your refund will be completed within 1 to 2 working days, and the payment period is 2 to 5 working days.
